World Trade Center Disaster

September 11th 2001, A date that will live in INFAMY.
Forever know as simply "9 11".
The day the World was forever changed.

The 110 story Twin Towers, built in 1972, were over enginered
with a reinforced steel Super Structure and a design that could
have easily risen to over 135 stories.

This over enginering allowed both towers to absorb and withstand
the incredible force of 2 fuel laden Boeing 767's Jet AIRLINERS
slamming into their 90th floors just minutes apart.

The towers then stood for 1 hour 10 min and 55 min respectively
before the inferno of jet fuel fires sent the Monuments collapsing
down apon themselves and the streets of 
New York City below. 

The unique design of the Trade Center allowed 50 thousand lives
to be saved in the minutes between the
First Strike and the Final Colapse.
